All workouts at Personal Space Fitness are reservation-based and require advance booking. Use the schedule below to view available session times, coaches, and workout formats. Each session is capped and designed so every member trains in their own space with dedicated equipment.

 

With a huge variety of monthly refreshed classes that range from boxing to strength to yoga and 70+ workout options each week, Personal Space Fitness members maintain their fitness routines six times longer than the national average of other gyms.
