Workout Schedule at Personal Space Fitness

All workouts at Personal Space Fitness in St. Louis, MO are reservation-based and require advance booking. Use the schedule below to view available session times, coaches, and workout formats for our small group membership. Each session is capped and designed so every member from beginner to athlete trains in their own space with dedicated equipment.

 

With a huge variety of monthly refreshed classes that range from boxing to strength to yoga and up to 70 workout options each week, Personal Space Fitness creates a unique fitness motivation system that inspires gym members to maintain their fitness routines six times longer than the national average of other gyms.
