At Personal Space Fitness, you get your own space, but you're never alone. Every small-group session is led by a certified coach who watches your form, gives options for modifications, and guides your progress in your own reserved workout space.

Our team includes small-group strength coaches, personal trainers, and specialty instructors for conditioning, mobility, and boxing-inspired workouts. Many are also available for one-on-one or small-group personal training at the Personal Training Annex.

Not sure who or what to start with? Begin with a First 14 day trial and book small group classes with any coach on the schedule. They'll help you get comfortable, learn the workouts, and give you a chance to find the right long-term fit.
