A 7-Day Trial at Personal Space Fitness: How It Works (Unlimited Sessions)

  • Mar 23
  • 3 min read

If you’ve ever joined a gym with good intentions and then quietly stopped going, you’re not alone. For a lot of adults, the issue isn’t motivation - it’s friction.

Personal Space Fitness (PSF) is built to remove that friction with a simple system: reservation-based, coach-led sessions in a calm, structured environment.

If you’re curious, our starter offer is now a 7-day free trial with unlimited sessions so you can experience how the system actually works.

We’re located in Lindenwood Park at 3401 Watson Rd, St. Louis, MO 63139.

This isn’t a “free week on a gym floor”

It helps to be clear about what Personal Space Fitness is (and isn’t), because this trial is designed around our format.

Personal Space Fitness is:

  • Coach-led at all times

  • Reservation-based (you book your session times)

  • Structured strength & conditioning sessions

  • Small group training in a calm environment

  • Built for adults who want consistency

PSF is not:

  • An open gym

  • A drop-in setup

  • A “come whenever” machine-floor gym

  • A bootcamp-style studio (we do have this style pf workout at our Personal Training Annex)

The 7-day trial is meant to let you try this system - not to give you a week of wandering around and guessing.

How the 7-day free trial works

During your trial week, you can attend unlimited sessions for 7 days.

To get started:

  1. Sign up for a Monthly Membership

  2. Add your Info

  3. Try any of our small group workouts

  4. Cancel any time before your trial ends online through account management

What you do:

  1. Choose session times that fit your schedule

  2. Reserve your spots in advance

  3. Show up and get coached through a structured workout

The goal isn’t to “go as hard as possible” for a week. The goal is to see whether a coached, reservation-based routine makes consistency feel easier.

What a session feels like

Most sessions follow a predictable flow:

  • Coach-led warm-up

  • Strength or cardio work

  • Conditioning or flexibility

  • Finish and go on with your day. We'll take care of your equipment and space.

You’ll be coached the entire time. You won’t need to plan the workout or guess what to do.

Who the 7-day trial is for

This is a strong fit if you:

  • Hate crowded gyms

  • Want guidance and a clear plan

  • Prefer structure over “figure it out” workouts

  • Do better when sessions are scheduled

  • Want a calm environment (not loud or chaotic)

Who it’s probably not for

This trial likely won’t feel worth it if you’re looking for:

  • Open gym access

  • Total flexibility with no scheduling

  • A place to do your own workout independently

  • A one-time drop-in experience

That’s not a judgment. It's just a different preference.

How to get the most out of the week

A simple approach that works for most people:

  • Book 3–5 sessions across the week

  • Keep the times consistent or whatever fits your schedule

  • Let the coaching and structure do the work

Most people are surprised by how much easier it feels to stay on track when the plan is already made and a coach is guiding the session.
