Service Description

Rowing, PSF style! We'll be using the Concept II ergometers for cardio drills and steady state work. Rowing workouts complement our Cardio Primary Workouts.


Upcoming Sessions


10 hours notice required for cancellation

Workouts on The Hill: Main Studio workouts are in the front building on Daggett. Please enter via the main door on the left side of the building. The Garage workouts are located behind the Main Studio. If the main door is locked, please access The Garage via the alley. The back door will be unlocked so you may use the restroom and locker room. Workouts at Lindenwood Park: If your workout is in The Lubritorium in the personal Spaces, please enter via the side door facing the parking lot. Workouts in the Shared Studio, such as Yoga and Boxing, should be accessed via the front door facing Watson Road. Doors will be locked up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the workout. They may be relocked at the scheduled start time of the workout. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the workout beginning. Workouts must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 10 hours in advance in order to avoid the $20 No Show/Late Cancellation fee. If you are within the 10 hour window, please contact info@personalspacefitness.com to communicate that you will not be attending. Please note that our general cancellation policy does not apply to personal training, 5 Packs, 10 Packs, Single Workouts, Specialty Courses or Workshops which will incur the full cost of the session.
