Fitness Assessment
Track your progress with a Full Assessment and Progress Checks: Inbody Test, Circumference Measurements, Heart Rate, Blood Pressure and a consultation to discuss next steps based on your data.
Assess
In less than 60 seconds, the InBody Test provides easy-to-understand, accurate and objective measurements to evaluate changes in body composition.

The data provides a baseline, shows target improvement areas and helps us guide you to a healthier path.
-
Identify muscle and fat imbalances in each segment of the body
-
Assess muscle distribution and target areas weakened by injury
-
Monitor changes to determine efficacy of your exercise program and nutrition habits to ensure long-term success
Measure
When you measure your weight, what are you actually assessing? Weight alone is a poor indicator of health because it does not distinguish fat from muscle. The InBody divides your weight into water, muscle and fat.
To track progress over time, the InBody 270 records and stores your weight, skeletal muscle mass and percent body fat from the least eight tests.
Before your Inbody Test
Do not exercise for at least 12 hours before testing.
Ensure access to both feet with removable footwear and socks.
Do not drink caffeine or alcohol before your test and be well-hydrated.
Individuals with pacemakers or other electronic devices should not use the InBody.
For women, avoid testing if you are pregnant or menstruating.
Circumference Measurements
Blood Pressure
Is your book pressure in a healthy range? We use a manual blood pressure cuff to assess.

Heart Rate: After sitting for five minutes, we'll measure your heart rate and discuss findings with you.
Know if you're gaining or losing inches!
