Small Group workouts are led by fully qualified instructors. Many of our trainers are also available for Personal Training.

Steph has been working in the health and fitness industry since 1996. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Health Fitness in Preventative and Rehabilitative Programs in 1999 and holds certifications through ACSM, EXOS, YogaFit, Pilates and Boxing.

Kate has been working in fitness and wellness since 2008. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and holds certifications through ACSM, AFAA, EXOS, YogaFit and Spinning.

Sam began in the health and fitness industry in 2014. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and is ACE Personal Training and Spinning certified.

Alex earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from NIU, an M.S. in Health Sciences from Lindenwood University, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Posy Lou Henderson
Posy Lou began her instructional fitness journey as a gymnastics coach in 2012. She received her Group Fitness Instructor certification through AFAA and NASM in 2018, and specializes in Barre, Cycling, Pilates and Yoga.

Mike has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2018 where he primarily focused on personal training and group workouts. He is certified through ACE and AFAA.

Tara is NASM certified and has been in the fitness industry for 10+ years. She's coached and competed in collegiate cheerleading. In addition to fitness, she's also an Occupational Therapist.

In pursuit of education, Jeremi learned the mechanics behind what he had only before observed. Jeremi interned with Sports Enhancement Group, LLC and is NASM certified.

Andrea has been working in the wellness industry since 1993. She has a B.S. in Health Psychology and holds AFAA, NASM and ACE certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness and Health Coach with specialties in Pilates, Yoga and Behavior Change.

In 2012 Judi was certified on The Great Yoga Wall. She continued her education in 2015 by completing Reiki I and Reiki II with at the Healing Arts Center and became a Certified Educator in Ageless Grace.

An avid yogi for over a decade, Rachel earned her 200HR-RYT certification through the Yoga Collective. Her holistic vinyasa-based flows integrate cardio, strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on mindfulness.

Julie, E-RYT 200/500 is an experienced and passionate yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training in various forms of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pre-natal, and Restorative yoga.
