We’ve partnered with the Alzheimer's Association and 65 Prime+ by Mercy Primary Care to bring an expert-led presentation to the entire St. Louis community and anywhere you happen to be. This online event is designed for adults who want to stay sharp, active, and independent as they age.

About the Presenter

Alzheimer's Association Community Program Director Jeremy Koeber

This session will be led by Jeremy Koeber, Community Programs Director and ACSM Exercise Physiologist from the Alzheimer's Association, an organization dedicated to advancing research, education, and support for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

Personal Space Fitness is a reservation-based, coach-led training studio in St. Louis focused on helping adults build strength, consistency, and long-term health through structured workouts.

We specialize in small group training and personal training designed to meet you where you are and keep you progressing.
