TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. You'll work up a sweat as you enhance your skills with a TRX. TRX is a complement to the Strength Primary Workout in our PSF System, which means that it's always coach-lead (in person or via video), measurable (stays the same for one month so you can track your progress), and can be completed in scheduled small groups or during Personal Time.
10 hours notice required for cancellation
Workouts must be cancelled ten hours in advance. Unlimited Subscribers will be charged $20 that will be deposited into our Healthy Neighborhood Initiative account. Package, drop-in and first workout participants that fail to cancel with at least 10 hours notice will be charged the full package, drop-in or first workout rate that pertains to them. Personal Training clients require a 8 hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged the full price of the session. Please note that our general cancellation policy does not apply to Specialty Courses and Workshops which will incur the full cost of the session.
