Service Description

Personal Time: It's still possible to follow the Personal Program even if you can't make it the scheduled small groups. Book a Personal Space during an available time to complete the programmed workout of your choice. A coach will be in-house to assist you and the video support is at your fingertips. Personal Time is also available to our Personal Training clients who have been instructed to complete their trainer-designed workouts between Personal Training sessions. Personal Recovery: You push, you pull, you slam, you lift, you GO! Now it's time to put on some headphones and just move consistently for a bit, then hit the foam rollers and stretch straps to release. During personal recovery, you're encouraged to complete the coach-designed prep work, row or pedal for 20-30 minutes and then roll and stretch for 10 minutes. A coach will be on-hand to help you. All equipment is provided with the exception of your mat. That's personal.


Upcoming Sessions


3 hours notice required

Participants that fail to cancel with at least 3 hours notice will be charged the full drop-in or package rate that pertains to them. This applies to all Scheduled Group Workouts. Unlimited Subscribers will be charged a $10 fee ($20 for full workouts) that will be deposited into our Healthy Neighborhood Initiative account. Personal Training clients require a 8 hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged the full price of the session. Please note that our general cancellation policy does not apply to Specialty Courses and Workshops which will incur the full cost of the session.
