Nutrition Coaching is ideal for those who:

  • Want help getting off the diet roller coaster once and for all.

  • Want to feel confident in their own bodies without following rules and restrictions.

  • Know what to do but still need some help consistently eating healthily.

Nutrition Coaching is not ideal for those who:

  • Are seeking medical nutrition therapy.

  • Competitive body-builders doing contest prep.

  • Are looking for another cookie-cutter meal plan.

The Foundation Program:  

Lasting results are built on solid foundations. We devote the first three months to working on Your-Big-Six's highest priority nutrition skills. These six skills are unique to you, your goals, and your preferences. Think of them as the Big Rocks that form the foundation of your new healthy lifestyle.

The Foundation Program includes:

  • Access to an easy-to-use online platform

  • A Nutritional Assessment

  • A Kick-off Session (45 minutes in person)

  • Daily simple yet powerful practices and accountability are delivered right to your phone.

  • Unlimited support -message me whenever you need to.

  • 5 Bi-Weekly Check-ins Sessions (30 minutes each, either in person or virtual)

  • Visible Progress - track what's meaningful to you.

  • 3 InBody Body Composition Scans

Ongoing Healthy Lifestyle Coaching:

Once you've laid a foundation with Your-Big-Six nutrition practices, you'll want to build resilience for the new skills you have acquired and explore more than just how to eat better. It's now time to start moving the Smaller Stones. Those things always seem to shake loose first when "life happens." With ongoing coaching, you will explore a richer understanding of your health and develop the mental and emotional skills you need to experience the confidence and freedom a healthy lifestyle offers.

Ongoing Health Lifestyle Coaching is a month-to-month plan and includes:

  • Access to an easy-to-use online platform

  • Daily simple yet powerful practices and accountability are delivered right to your phone.

  • Unlimited support -message me whenever you need to.

  • Visible Progress - track what's meaningful to you.

  • A monthly InBody Body Composition Scans

  • Check-in Session(s) (30 minutes each, either in person or virtual)

  • Two options for Check-in based on your needs:

    • Enhanced accountability - 2 Bi-Weekly Check-ins

    • Basic Accountability - 1 Monthly Check-in
